Your Fall Guide to Medford & Beyond
Hey! So glad you're exploring what's happening around here. Medford and the surrounding Burlington County area have such a great community vibe — there's always something going on, and honestly that's one of my favorite things about living and working in this area.
Here's a running list of things I love and think you'll love too. I'll keep adding to it as fall really kicks in. π§‘
π First Fridays on Main Street, Medford
π Main Street, Medford, NJ | Every First Friday of the Month
The best monthly vibe in Medford. Local shops stay open late, there's live music, and the whole street just comes alive. Hit up Sympathy Magick, Village Treasures, grab a beer at Lower Forge Brewery — and yes, Jenni G's is always a must. It happens the first Friday of every month, so mark your calendar for October 3rd!
π» Sunflower Season at Johnson's Locust Hall Farm
π Jobstown, NJ (~15 min from Medford) | Opens September 5 — Weekends through October
One of the prettiest things Burlington County does every fall. Johnson's opens their sunflower fields starting September 5th, weekends only through October. Bring a reusable bag, grab a bunch of flowers, take the photos — it's worth every minute. Great for families, dates, or honestly just going by yourself because you deserve it.
π· Food Truck Sundays at Valenzano Winery
π Shamong, NJ (~10 min from Medford) | Every Sunday
A rotating lineup of food trucks on the winery grounds every Sunday. Get a glass of wine, grab something to eat, and just decompress. Shamong is genuinely beautiful in the fall — the drive alone is worth it once the leaves start turning.
π Evesham Harvest Fest
π Main Street, Marlton, NJ | September 26
A full-on fall festival right on Main Street Marlton — craft vendors, local food, kids' activities, and that whole harvest season energy. It's one of the bigger community events in the area and always draws a really fun crowd. Great way to meet neighbors you didn't know you had.
π₯ Burlington County Farmers Market
π Moorestown, NJ — Ag Center | Every Saturday, 8:30AM–1PM
Fresh produce, local vendors, honey, flowers, homemade goods — the works. Fall is hands-down the best time to go. Grab your coffee and walk around — it's a really grounding start to a weekend.
Thinking about making Medford your home? I'm a local real estate agent and I genuinely love this community — which is the whole reason I make content about it. If you're curious about what it's like to live here, what homes are selling for, or just want a local's honest take on the area, I'm always happy to chat.
No Pressure — Just Good Info =)
