Edit to respond to the business: Most of the claims in this response are simply not factual. For what it's worth, I was not rude or unprofessional during this interaction. Regardless, I was not the person being hired to provide a professional service...the expectation was that the broker would conduct herself professionally, which unfortunately was not our experience. We were treated extremely rudely, and the response posted here does not accurately reflect what occurred. My full review, including the details of what happened, is posted on Facebook because I was unable to get the full review to post here on Google. We have bought and sold multiple homes over the years, so we understand that no transaction is perfect. Unfortunately, our experience with Ashley was by far the most disappointing we have had. We found her to be unprofessional with poor communication. I’ve tried to post a review multiple times with an explanation for this rating, however it never shows up. I’m unclear if it’s too long or businesses can filter negative reviews.
